The Name Game
When we named Yogi we got a bit of...uh...feedback so this time I'll ask you all to participate in our naming process! A friend of mine sent me this link to Nymbler, "Your Personal Baby Name Assistant". The site works like a slot machine and it's addictive. You never know what's going to come up next so you just keep pushing the button. I've already blown more time than I'll admit here on it, but the good news is that we've discovered a few names that we hadn't thought of, but would seriously consider. So today I'm using a few of those names in a poll and you get to vote! The polls close on Sunday so get your vote in now! And, no, "none of the above" is not an option today! :)

Maybe you should go to www.namenerds.com and pick a nice Irish or Scottish name
since i'm the only one to vote so far, maybe my name will win. personally i have grown quite fond of yogi's name and was kind of looking forward to being surprised by another unique name. i like ester though, because it is a nice old fashioned hebrew name.
While not on the list, I suggest "Síofra";
pronounced 'SHEE fra' and means "sprite, changeling, precocious child"
FYI - Síofra is a "modern" Irish name. EB
Emme, I like Ester too, but Chris isn't so hot about it.
Anonymous,I do like Siofra, but don't you think the spelling would confuse people? Also, is that and i after the S?
I mean is that an "i" after the S? (Sorry, I didn't preview!)
Of the four, I also prefer Ester
i have to say, i like wren also if chris likes it better. of course this is the problem with giving people names ahead of time, lots of opinions. i went to namenerds and they do have some great names there too, less common for here. Thompson is primarily a scottish name, so one of the traditional scottish names might be nice.
Yes, it is an "i" but the dot is slanted.

You could pick "Susana" or "Susan" which meany Lily in Hebrew & Old German.
